recipe: cottage cheese crepes
serves for 1+. takes 10 minutes.
ingredients
- 1 cup creamed cottage cheese (or small curds)
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
instructions
- combine all ingredients; beat together.
- pour by spoonfuls on greased hot griddle (each about 2-3 inches round). turn each when air bubbles form on top. when golden brown on underside, they are done.
- serve with jam, honey, applesauce, syrup, or favorite topping.
